Nothing to Do
Nothing to do, and all the time to do it. This shot really sums up so many of the men I see out on the streets in China. They are sitting (or standing) around doing nothing. This guy just kept standing there, looking at a blank (though, with a lot of "texture") wall. I think, from his movements, he was probably eating an orange. This is a truly authentic representation of the moment. It is not like he stood there for a moment to peel his orange. I saw him standing there as I walked up, stopped behind him, waited, and all the while, he just stood there looking at the wall.
